Our Mission
Gram E’s mission is to provide high quality homemade food fare while building consumer satisfaction and trust.
We aspire to uphold our retro prototype by practicing yesteryear’s standards with a no nonsense minimalist approach, using unadulterated ingredients, and allowing everything to “bake” into place.
Operations
We bake, fulfill, and ship orders Monday through Thursday with the expectation that each order will be delivered intact and fresh in a timely manner. Daily quotas as well as special orders are prepared.
Please be mindful that we are a small cottage kitchen business and therefore require extra time to prepare large special orders. Allowing for delivery to be two weeks from order date is reasonable.
We are deliberately retro within our business model, traveling back in time when “imitation,” “artificial,” “modified,” “organic,” and “preservatives” were unheard of. Food was food. It was uncomplicated.
Policy
It’s simple. We stand by our products and want you to be happy.
If contents arrive damaged or defective, please let us know by email with a brief description of the incident and attached images of the order.
